Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the hat is placed in a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, including all original stickers and internal protective materials.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
